Hamilton Parc Honored at Guilderland Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner
The Guilderland Chamber of Commerce recently hosted its Annual Dinner, themed “Visions of Growth,” where they presented their 2024 Chamber Business Awards. The Town of Guilderland also presented their 2024 awards at this prestigious event. Hamilton Parc is proud to announce that it received the Town of Guilderland’s 2024 “Best New Construction” award. This accolade, based on aesthetics and quality, was exclusively awarded to Hamilton Parc, making it a standout recognition for the community.

Hamilton Parc’s 2024 “Best New Construction” award was presented by Peter Barber, Town Supervisor, to Jeanne Bender, Community Manager, and Stephen Ball, Superintendent of Maintenance. “We are thrilled to receive the 2024 ‘Best New Construction’ Award from the Town of Guilderland,” said Jeanne Bender, Community Manager. “As a new active adult community in Guilderland, it’s so nice that others appreciate the thoughtful details and luxurious amenities offered at Hamilton Parc. It was an amazing night, and we are incredibly appreciative of the recognition.”
Hamilton Parc was among several esteemed award recipients, including Nicole’s Restaurant and Catering, which won “Best Place to Work,” Sydney Smarro from SS Creative Co., who was named “Small Business Person of the Year,” Kathy Burbonn, who received the “Community Volunteer of the Year” award, The Scene, which earned “Best Renovations,” and Laurie Beckmann from Enchanting Escapes/Appel Inn, who was honored with the “Chamber Champion” award.
